Terms of use
These terms describe the basis on which this software is provided. The operator of a public deployment must replace this page with terms reviewed for their jurisdiction.
What this is
DOCOX Exchange is an interface for discovering existing tokens and for preparing swap transactions that you sign in your own wallet. It does not create, issue, launch or list tokens, does not custody assets and does not execute trades on your behalf.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your wallet, your keys, the transactions you sign and for complying with the laws that apply to you, including any restrictions on trading crypto-assets where you live. Do not use this software if doing so is unlawful for you.
No warranty
The software and the data it displays are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Data may be inaccurate or unavailable, and features may stop working when a third-party provider changes or fails.
Third-party services
Market data and swap routing are provided by third parties under their own terms. Their availability is not guaranteed.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the authors and operator are not liable for losses arising from use of this software, including trading losses, failed transactions, incorrect data or loss of access to a wallet.
This text describes the software’s behaviour and is not legal advice. Before offering this application to the public, have these documents and the product itself reviewed against the financial-services, consumer-protection, sanctions and data-protection rules of every jurisdiction you serve.
